U2 Vertigo - Unreleased 1-sided Test Pressing
Here is a true one off... You are bidding on what surely is one of the rarest U2 records you will ever come across; an original UK one-sided test-pressing of Vertigo. The information is very limited as this is such a rare record. However, after some research it appears that this is the test pressing of the *unreleased* Close To The Edge Mix. One of only a handful that exist - don't let this one get away...
This was given the same side A matrix number (121 S87 8DJ A) as the more common Jacknife Lee Remix but, the big difference here was that this remix was never released for general sale! This is not the common 'Jacknife Mix' - it is the test pressing for the **unreleased** 'Close to the Edge' remix - A massive rarity and probably one of only a handful that exist!
An unreleased 1 sided test pressing from the biggest band in the world.. It doesn't come any rarer than this. 'nuff said...
