PAYPAL ONLY HERE FOLKS TO KEEP US BOTH SAFE

You are bidding on a very rare U2 promo item here from 1998

Its a Army helmet boxed as used to promote their 1980-1990 Best Of album

Only sent to 150 Radio and televison announcers in the UK and Ireland

The helmet has the band name printed on the front. 

Inside it's original large custom printed metal-edged wooden cargo crate there is the helmet in straw

Was strictly limited to just 150 copies worldwide as U2 often do to promos

If you go to EIL's link here they had 3 listed a few years ago for £350 which is very cheap but all sold out

(Ebay says I can't post a link - so if you go to EIL .com and search for "u2 army" its the first result that comes up

You can check my photos against that website so that you are confident on what you are bidding on

I honestly hate to see this going - so please bid willingly for a needing student

I bought this from ebay about 2 years ago during there Vertigo tour for £450 as there was a lot of hype up and people bid more, I wanted to wait till there next tour to sell it as people bid more during a tour as there is increased hype, but need the money to pay a few bills

This could be a good investment if you buy and keep till the next tour (which could be next year as there new album is coming out the end of this year)

Or just for an avid U2 fan
