This is a hyper rare Australian red vinyl 7" white label test pressing of
 U2 titled Desire,.
Manufactured in Australia on  Island Records by Festival Records.
 CAT #RUNOUT TRACK NUMBERS:
A Side [DMX-70339 W2D2 2:56  4]
B Side [DMX-70340 W2D2 4:14]
 This item is actually beyond rare as one of the biggest U2 collectors in the world informed me that he was a personal friend of a worker that oversaw the manufacturing of these at the Sydney Festival pressing plant that the actual number of these test pressing were estimated as low as just 6 pressed, considerably a much lower number then the eventual release of the Limited edition red vinyl in the generic picture cover, that  were limited to 1500 copies.

 All up a great item and a must for the serious collector.

     Condition    Record: side A is in v/g+ near mint condition with just the exception
of a factory pressing flaw at the end of the runout track, Record: side B is in near mint condition The labels are in excellent shape with just some smudges on the A side lettering  also there is some light centre spindle marks on side B.  The picture cover is in excellent condition making this an item that will not disappoint..   (see actual photo scans for more details)
