1981 original 45 with picture sleeve which folds open into a two-sided 21" x 14" poster. One side has a U2 live concert photo with Bono featured prominently. The other side has the "Boy" LP cover pictured plus reviews, as well as US tour dates listed below. In 1981, these 45s were mailed out as promos by Radio & Records magazine. B-side is "Out of Control".
