Description
The second single from Bono and the boys released only in Ireland on CBS.
Both record and sleeve are in great condition. The record plays perfectly -no skips, no jumps, not scratches. Any crackle at all is confined to the lead-in groove and is slight.
The sound is powerful with rich, deep bass.
The sleeve is very strong but the white rear shows ringwear after many years in my collection. Apart from that, it’s in superb condition as I hope my photos show.
Labels are clean and clear and the UKTM print round the edge demonstrates that this is the first pressing on CBS Ireland. Later pressings (confusingly) state Made In England as part of the rimtext when of course the record was made in Ireland -par for the course with CBS Ireland.
