It is The UB40 - Signing Off - Double (2) - red colored vinyl lp's on Graduate Records (GRAD LP2) 

Originally released in 1980, Signing Off is UB40’s debut album. The 2LP features singles “I Think It’s Going To Rain Today,” “Food For Thought,” and “King” along with three bonus tracks. Now available on exclusive red vinyl.

Side 1 is 33 RPM
Side 2 is 45 RPM
