Description
This is a U-Matic UCA 60 min. video containing Captain and Tennille, Lou Rawls, Abe Vigoda, Leo Sayer, and John Byner from 2/8/77. There is also a letter included from C&T's manager to the Live with Regis and Kathy Lee show, stating that this tape was to be used for promos of a C&T appearance on the show. As far as we know, it's one-of-a-kind and irreplaceable. We liquidated Rumbo Studios, the recording studio originally built and owned by Daryl Dragon of Captain and Tennille, where this recording, along with others were stored in a climate controlled room. Many hit records of the 80's and 90's were recorded at Rumbo (Tom Petty, Guns N' Roses, No Doubt, Kiss, Fleetwood Mac, Smashing Pumpkins, + many more).
