ORIGINALLY RELEASED in 1975, ‘Force It’ was a landmark achievement for this highly respected and much loved British hard rock institution; a record made amidst deep-seated change in UFO’s professional ambitions and one that saw them expand their musical horizons.
Produced – as were its predecessor – by Ten Years After bassist Leo Lyons, ‘NHP’ (UFO’s fourth studio outing) embraces powerful from-the-hip anthems plus material of a more melodic nature, with vocalist Phil Mogg showing a weight to his lyrics above & beyond the rabble-rousin’ norm. Essential hard rock gems such as ‘Let It Roll’ and ‘Shoot Shoot’ rub shoulders with reflective ballads like the beautifully arranged and expressively sung ‘Love Lost Love’, making this a record of genuine light & shade.
Tough to find original green label copies - most are the late seventies blue represses - and even harder to find them in decent clean shape like this one.

Vinyl: Nice clean and shiny condition. No spindle marks on labels and virtually no other signs of any use. Grades as archive MINT!
Cover: No signs of use. Issued in a beautifully designed (by Hipgnosis) matt finish cover. Sharp corners, no dings, no bends, no ring wear, no split seams and no creases. Spine is straight and uncrushed. Impossible to find like this after 48 years. Grades as archive MINT-!
