Description

TITLE: FLYING  SPACE ROCK
ARTIST: U.F.O.
LABEL, YEAR OF RELEASE & OTHER DETAILS: BEACON RECORDS, BEAS 19, 1971, WITH PICTURE / LYRIC INNER SLEEVE
MATRIX NO'S. BEAS 19 A-1 / BEAS 19 B-1

VINYL:  VG++ OVERALL, SIDE 1 IS EX, both sides are clean with just some minor scuff marks side 2 track 1 and beginning track 2....it still retains a beautiful original black sheen!! 

AUDIO: EX...plays with no skips or jumps.. just some light background noise in some places,... quiet run-ins.. a really fantastic listen!!

SLEEVE:  VG...matt single sleeve, all edges are fairly worn with tears to mid section top and bottom....that said the sleeve retains a good colour with all text clear...there is some scuffing to right bottom section and ringwear marks to back...overall sleeve is in a fairly decent shape for its' age!! 

LABELS:  VG+ with spindle marks but nice and clean!!...


INNER SLEEVE: VG-, fragile paper inner with band photo one side

and lyrics to other, it is nice and clean but has tape to side edges and is torn at places along edges...I have stored vinyl in a period

poly-lined inner sleeve since purchase a long time ago!!

GRADING: I AM NO EXPERT BUT TRY AND GRADE AS HONESTLY AS POSSIBLE...WITH PLUS (+) AND MINUS (-) IF THE CONDITION FALLS BETWEEN TWO GRADES.

Record Collector Magazine's Grading Guide:

MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.

EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing.

VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

 I WILL ALWAYS POST WITH RECOGNISED MAILERS AND STIFFENERS...THE VINYL WILL BE SEPARATED FROM THE SLEEVE PRIOR TO MAILING....
