I recently had the good fortune to buy a big collection of Garage Punk & Psychedelic compilations LPs from a trusted collector who bought these all at the time....(ummm...from a shop I owned back then, in fact....ah, the cycle of time works in wonderful ways sometimes).
Anyway, this is one of that collection.

ORIGINAL FIRST PRESSING? Yes!...with matt cover (glossy cover was second pressing), and with white and blue labels...
I think you all know how good this is...few comps of this ilk could come anywhere near close - relentless snotty punk 'n' R&B from 1965-67...actually I personally think there has never been a better comp of tuff 60's killers released anywhere in the whole friggin' world. - I'm not even from Australia, but I marvel at how such an isolated country could breed such misunderstood, confused, and bitter youth who could take an idiom brewed in UK and American garages and step it up a couple of levels of ferocity.
And per capita, I reckon New Zealand took it up another notch even (find the "How Was Air Up There?" compilation for further proof of that).
