Artist: Sir George Solti conducting the London Philharmonic Orchestra
Title: “Holst: The Planets” UHQR Original Master Recording
Label: LONDON. Pressed in Japan on thick, heavy-weight vinyl. Label is gray with black text.
Catalog number is MFQR 1-510. Limited edition of 5,000 copies, this is # 247.
Year: 1979.
Condition:
DISC: Vinyl retains 100% of original gloss, has been played a small number of times, most likely one or two times at most, and handled with care. Would grade as solid NM, except there is one very small, light hairline scuff on Side 1 (end of Track 2, barely into Track 3) that does cause very soft but audible ticks at each rotation for approximately 60 seconds. No other marks or problems. Fidelity is awesome. Labels are clean.
BOX / CONTENTS: Heavy outer cardboard box is in gorgeous NM condition. Panels show virtually no surface wear or flaws. Nice seams and corners. Two foam inserts are included in top condition.
Inner cardboard sleeve is included in EXCELLENT condition. Panels, seams and spine are excellent. Reverse panel has notation that this is Limited Edition Number 247.
Original Certificate of Authenticity is included in top condition, with blue ink signature and #247.
Technical Specifications Manual is included as well, with a bit of darkening at the top of the reverse panel.
