Still Sealed Mobile Fidelity Sound Labs MFQR 1-005 Supertramp Crime of the Century . This album was purchased about 30 years ago and is in virtually the same condition as when I bought it. Unknown Limited Edition number out of 5000 produced because it has never been opened.
Please examine the photos carefully for exact condition. Understand that it is difficult to take "studio quality" photos due to the cellophane reflections, but I have tried my best. I can see a couple tiny seam separations on the bottom seam - almost not there. Other than that there are no tears or holes I can see. This type of harder plastic covering does "fade" just a little and may have the tiniest of nicks in it. The plastic does show what I would describe as slight "rub marks", but nothing that shows abuse or takes away from the Still Sealed beauty. The bottom line is that the hard plastic covering is not "Perfect", but is in great overall condition.

If you need a "Perfect" album (which I have never seen) then please do not bid. I have tried to be accurate. I have sold on ebay for over 10 years with overwhelming positive feedback.

I have an opened copy of this album and can honestly say that on an audiophile system it will blow you away. As great as the MFSL half-speeds are, even they are put to shame by the UHQR.

Supertramp: Roger Hodgson (vocals, guitar, piano); John Anthony Helliwell (vocals, saxophone, clarinet); Richard Davies (vocals, harmonica, keyboards); Dougie Thomson (bass); Bob C. Benberg (drums, percussion).
Producers: Ken Scott, Supertramp. Reissue producer: Beth Stempel. Recorded at Trident, Ramport Studios and Scorpion Sound, London, England between February & June 1974.
The punishment befits the crime, and a quarter of a century later, Supertramp have been forgiven by critics. Quite why they induced such negative press seems unjustified, as 'Bloody Well Right' and 'Dreamer' sound as fresh as ever. The electric piano cuts through the speakers like a knife through butter, the treble at times hurting the ear like a heavy rock guitar solo. Both Hodgson's and Davies' voices sound rich and confident, although both are quite different. Maybe the pace slackens with the slightly indulgent 'If Everyone Was Listening' and the title track, but there are enough musical highlights to recommend this for any would-be '90s wants list.
