Up for auction here is my cherished NM/NM UK 1ST PRESS WITH -1/-1 MATRIX STAMPS STEREO LP FROM THE BEATLES. ALSO WITH INCREDIBLY LOW STAMPER MARKINGS 1G / 5H.

THE RECORD IS IN STUNNING CONDITION ALONG WITH THE FLIMSY, EASILY TORN GATEFOLD SLEEVE. THE GATEFOLD IS RENOWNED FOR TEARING AND SPLITTING AS THE RECORD IS LOADED FROM THE CENTRE AND THE SLEEVE WAS ALWAYS QUITE FLIMSY AND THINNY MANUFACTURED. JUST CIEW THE PICTURES, ESPECIALLY THE SPINE OF WHICH IS COMPLETELY UN-CRUSHED AND STILL RETAINS ITS PLEATED CORNERS, JUST STUNNING.

IF THIS WAS THE "WHITE" ALBUM IT WOULD BE THE EQUIVALENT TO OWNING A VERY LOW NUMBER - SUPER RARE.

THE VINYL PLASY PERFECTLY WITHOUT ISSUE AND LOOKS BEAUTIFUL.

Grading

Vinyl - NM

The playing surface is just to die for, please view the pictures and close-ups. Vinyl plays through without any major issues. NO loud or continuous hiss/crackle. Looks like a deep glossy reflective mirror and plays superbly without a single issue. When reflected in bright light the playing surface is clean and spotless. In certain light just a couple of extremely faint, small and wispy surface marks can just be seen. No effect to play and you would really need to study the record up close and in bright light.

The audio is uninterrupted throughout and has a loud, full body sound punching through your speakers. This is the one for your Beatles museum. Top quality assured.

Sleeve - NM

Gatefold sleeve is laminated front and back with cardboard inside. The spine is just perfect, looks like it walked from the factory this morning. Pleated, pointy corners and straight un-crushed spine. The edges are straight and only one tiny little nick to the top edge. Front cover has just the slightest curve to it.

Once opened you can see the pre-folded seems are also near perfect. Still exactly as they were from manufacturing. No rips or splits along the opening seam, or anywhere for that matter.

 Labels - NM

Stunning. No rips or writing and barely a single spindle mark. Beautiful yellow and black 1st issue labels with crystal clear and bright silver text. Centre hole is clean with no rips or heavy wear.

International bids are welcome and please feel free to ask any questions.
