Earliest matrixes YLX 1006-2/1007-16
UK pressing Columbia SAX 2315 First blue silver labels. Earliest issue.
This issue is the earliest pressing and has matrixes YLX 1006-2/1007-16 which is rarely seen.
(Most blue/silver labels have YLX 1006-6/1007-16 or YLX 1006-6/1007-20 matrixes and might have some hiss back ground noise).
Beethoven Violin Concerto. David Oistrach, violin. Andre Cluytens conducting French National Radio Orchestra. Fantastic performance recorded in beautiful spatial sound.
Vinyl EX+ to NM. Very clean surface, very smooth.
Side A has 3 or 4 mild scuffs which are harmless.
A few scattered soft back ground tics occurred in the beginning but nothing to worry about, it does not detract the attention from the music.
Side B is near MINT.
No spindle marks.
