Description

UK pressing Columbia SAX 2323. First edition on blue/silver labels. Matrixes YLX 1048-8/YLX 1049-8

 

Kogan Silvestri Tchaikovsky Violin Concerto

 

Vinyl shows several hair lines and scuffs. The surface feels smooth. No scuffs or lines can be felt. Visually I rate it VG+

 

Playing of the Violin Concerto gives occasional soft pops on side A and B which do not distract attention from the music. The music sounds totally undistorted and firm. Playrated VG++/EX-

The last track Meditation sounds with some more soft tics and is playrated VG+.

 

The sound of the LP is wonderful and undistorted. Absolutely a great pressing.

 

Jacket seems to be a bit discolored on back, minor corner wear on the spine. Rating jacket EX-
