Description
1967 Decca stereo UK LP, SXL 6322, wideband, grooved label with Made in England text, the first pressing of this title, matrix suffixes 1W/1W.
Front-laminated sleeve has a little ringwear, a corner crease top left, light storage wear and some light thumb opening and edge creases, a little laminate edge chipping on the back; still clean, excellent structure and colour, sleeve grades VG plus.
The vinyl sits flat, with no warp; it looks fantastic, with a few small extremely light hairlines visible under strong halogen light; very shiny and glossy surface. There are some light plating patterns on the dead wax on both sides effect on audio at all. Audio is very strong, and the vinyl is mastered and cut to play loudly. As well as six or seven light repetitive clicks at the start of side 1, there is some light crackle at the start of each side which does dissipate, although there is some very light surface noise, audible during quieter parts, and the occasional light dust click. Vinyl grades EX minus to EX overall.
