Description

UK Decca stereo LP SXL 2229: Mendelssohn Midsummer Night's Dream, Schubert Rosamunde incidental music conducted by Ernest Ansermet with the OSR.  UK grooved "original recording by" wide band ED1 pressing.
Play-graded with a Goldring 1042 cartridge--Music Hall MMF-5 TT.  The disc plays with patches of soft surface noise on side one, so VG+; side two is better, about/not quite NM. The disc looks great, so pro cleaning should help.  Excellent sound.  Jacket is solid, but has light general wear, foxing and faded tape outline marks on the reverse, so VG.
