Description
UK Decca stereo SXL 2235, of Beethoven's 7th Symphony, and Fidelio Overture, conducted by Ernest Ansermet, with the Orchestre de la Suisse Romande. A propulsive performance, in great sound.
A rather scarce UK grooved wide band ED1 "Original Recording by" pressing. Play-graded with a Grado 1042 cartridge--Music Hall MMF-5 TT. The disc looks splendid and glossy, and plays the same way, NM. Extremely quiet and dynamic.
The floppy scalloped sleeve is sharp-edged, crisp and bright--looks near-new--NM.
New Nagaoka inner sleeve added to the original, and mylar outer sleeve.
