Description

UK Decca SXL 2281/2, wideband-grooved  ED1, two record set with booklet:  Mascagni: Cavalleria Rusticana & Operatic Recital, Simionato, Del Monaco, Mac Neil, Serafin.

Superbly glossy & quiet pressings, both playing essentially perfectly--a true NM.  You won't find better.  Play-graded with a Goldring 1042 cartridge--Music Hall MMF-5 TT. 

Labels are grooved ED1 with "original recording by" at ten o'clock, with the wide band.  Pristine original inner sleeves and insert. 

Grey box is in good shape, with a small water stain, rubbing and bumped corners, so VG.

A fine collector's copy.
