Description
Bon Jovi, Prince, Led Zeppelin, Rod Stewart, Dusty Springfield, James Brown and Brian Wilson were inducted into the UK Music Hall of Fame in 2006, and Sir George Martin received honorary membership too.
Attendees at the induction ceremony at Alexandra Palace in London had the opportunity to collect a programme detailing all of the acts being inducted on the night, which was distributed in a glossy paper bag. These were limited edition, not available to buy elsewhere, and not everyone at the induction ceremony was able to get one. I’m selling both the programme and the bag, as pictured.
The bag has been stored flat, folded along the original fold lines. The front and back have the same design, and one side has a horizontal fold line. There are slight signs of use on the bag, and slight mottling (due to age) on the gold sides of the bag. The mottling is so slight that I can’t photograph it.
The programme has been stored in the bag, with nothing on top of it, so it is very slightly curved as you can see in the photos.
