RCA Living Stereo LDS 6159, three disc boxed set, grooved red label discs with black spot, pressed in England by Decca.  Stampers are 2G 1D 1D 1D 1D 1G.  Mastered by Decca.  Original recordings by RCA, issued in the US in the deluxe Soria Series with the same catalog number.
