Description

Two one-sided test pressings for RCA Living Stereo SB 2114, pressed in England by Decca.  Early Decca test pressing labels.  Stampers are 1D 1D.  Original recording by RCA, issued in the US as LSC 2490.  Comes with a mono jacket.

Gregor Piatigorsky plays the Dvorak cello concerto, with Charles Munch and the Boston Symphony Orchestra.  See pics for program details.

Discs VG++ to NM-, a few faint marks, mostly on side 1.  Play-graded all the way through, great sound, but there is a patch of about a dozen light tics and a few stray others in the first part of side 1.  Plays very well after that, jacket VG+
