RCA Living Stereo SB 6768, red label with black spot, first label for this issue.  Pressed in England by Decca, stampers are 1K 1K, mastered by Decca.  Laminated jacket.  Original recording by RCA, issued in the US as LSC 3014. 

Itzhak Perlman plays the Tchaikovsky violin concerto and the Dvorak Romance, op. 11, with Erich Leinsdorf and the Boston Symphony Orchestra. See pics for program details.
