Label: Harvest (first edition, blue triangle labels with silver lettering,
gatefold sleeve with earliest 67mm grey/purple-ish sticker,
right front opening of sleeve sealed with fold-over flap, glued inside opening)
Catalogue number: SHVL 804 (stereo, matrix numbers SHVL 804 A-2 / SHVL 804 B-2 without additions,
on side one there is what looks like a 7 in other area of dead wax, photos show
additional punchings)
