LINDSAY COOPER - Rags ( Arc Records ), UK 1980
Lindsay Cooper playes basson, sax, flutes, oboe and other winds instruments and was wellknown through her work with Henry Cow, Comus, National Health, News From Babel and other artists - sadly she passed away last year in September. This is her 1st solo album - recorded from summer 1979 to summer 1980 - here as UK original pressing with booklet !!! A bizarre "Canterbury styled prog" album, accompanied from some mates like Fred Frith, Chris Cutler, (both from Henry Cow) singer Phil Minton and others....
The cover is in top excellent to excellent plus (ex/EX+) condition, shows only a (hardly noticable) brownish discoloration on the top right side of the front cover

Imortant: Please don´t bid on "G" or "VG" records, and then you are disappointed if you don´t become a MINT copy - unfortunately this is not possible. Also you are bidding on vinyl records - and NOT CDs - that means, that also new records made some surface cracklings here and there and some of the old (especially privat pressings) are NOT hifi demonstration records !!!
