Vintage psych rock lp: ULTIMATE SPINACH - self-titled - MGM Records, SE4600, stereo, with MGM inner sleeve; released in 1968.
Condition is NM-/VG+ (vinyl has NM A-side and NM- B-side with two soft scuffs/hairlines; clean labels; inner has two seam splits, spot, corner wrinkle; jacket has minor-to-moderate ringwear, minor edge and corner rubbing, heavier rubbing to top-left corner, remainder hole).
