Description

RARE Girl Teen Psych 45 by ULTRA MATES. Pitter Patter / Hucklebuck (CRC Charter 4) The 45 is in Near Mint unplayed condition. Even though this 45 came out in early 1963, the Pitter Patter track is a killer slow and spooky song with a early Psych feel and eery trippy guitar. Has to be considered as one of the first psych tracks ever recorded. Huckle-buck is a great uptempo girl teen rocker with a cool guitar break. Just found out that this was recorded at Gold Star in Hollywood and that the ULTRA MATES are actually the Blossoms with Darlene Love and Jean King on lead vocals. How cool is that?!
