Description
Offered here today is something from my own private 50 year collection, in the next weeks I will be putting ALL of it up on eBay as it is time to pass it on as I am getting up in age.
Well folks here is one of the jewels of my collection a Canadian pressing of the Beatles "Four By The Beatles" EP with the hard to ultra rare sleeve. What makes these ultra rare are the fact that these songs were released a year earlier in Canada as singles (not the U.S.) and we all had them already so sales of this single were very very small. And in fact in Canada most if not all were sold to jukebox owners in the 60's, perfect for me as I got 2 songs for one price. I picked up this beauty in 1976 in a small town outside of St-Agathe Quebec, from a small general store that had a dance hall that opened at night for the seasonal cottagers that occupied the many lakes in that area. The only reason I was able to purchase it was the owner had 2 copies and one was in the jukebox so he let the extra one go to me.
You wont be finding another one like this again and I have only seen 2 other sleeves on eBay in the last 2 years and several of the records. But again none of them were this nice.
