Description
"And now meet Richard Kollmar as Boston Blackie...Enemy to those who make him an enemy; friend to those who have no friends."
Here's a great old radio program - It's TWO (2) original RADIO PROGRAM TRANSCRIPTION DISCS containing TWO (2) complete half-hour episodes of the syndicated series: "BOSTON BLACKIE". TWO original 16" transcription discs, issued to radio stations and still in their original protective paper sleeves.
The episodes are #161 and #162. According to the website "The Definitive Boston Blackie Radio Log", THESE TWO EPISODES ARE NOT IN CIRCULATION. They would have originally aired on May 12 & 19, 1948. Episode #161 concerns the attempted arrest of Don Mason for the death of a man named Jim Crane, which is interrupted by the bought confession of a man named Walter Rumbo. Episode #162 concerns the mysterious death of Walter Galloway, a man thought to have died ten years earlier.
The discs are clean and in very nice condition. Each show contains complete openings and closings.
See scans of the labels for all 4 sides. One show is in a ZIV envelope; the other is in a plain one.
Will ship in sturdy packing...excessive shipping costs will be rebated via paypal for multiple purchases.
