UNISON - "Unison". RARE original private pressing. Dual-guitar weed burnin' Stoner rural Southern hard hock out of a small rural town in Upstate NY. Lost-in-time sounds of an earlier era. Looks can be deceiving, this one looks rural but it's really hard rock. Listed in Pokora's books & Acid Archives.
Internet reviews: "Don't let the release date fool you, this is pretty good mid to late 70's style dual guitar hard rock stoner, in the vein similar to TRUTH & JANEY, but more psychedelic and more wasted!" ACID ARCHIVES: "Dryewater run into Truth & Janey after a really nasty relationship breakdown. Essentially a concept LP about a relationship gone wrong, each song being a different aspect of how “his chick done him wrong”. Sounds terrible doesn’t it? But it is pretty good, with tracks like "Borderline" delivering that seventies chunk fuzz with insane lyrics and "Cookin’ for you" having so much phasing it could be Marcus. Dealers give the date on the LP as 1984, but the CD indicates 1976 and that fits the sound better. (review of the CD, which must be out but I've never seen it)

Still Factory Sealed and cover is Near Mint, perfect. Google the usual places and you'll see that SEALED copies like this are impossible, a member had a few leftovers at one time - they are long gone - but he had TAKEN THE SHRINKWRAP OFF OF ALL COPIES HE'D HAD, as he heard it would make them warp. Not smart, as they were in loose crinkly shrinkwrap anyway, so they were not going to warp... aarrgh..
This is probably the best copy that will turn up for years. It rarely turns up in any shape, as is; appears that only one sealed copy ever was sold on ebay over the years.
