UNKLE 'ROUGH MIX' 7" VINYL AND UNRELEASED DEMOS CASSETTE

Produced as a reward for the "Urban Archaeology: 21 Years of Mo'Wax" Kickstarter project in June 2013. Originally slated to be a "Deluxe Kickstarter Edition CD of UNKLE's Psyence Fiction Re-Release, including a very special 7" picture disc, available only via Kickstarter.", this was changed in August 2020 to a refund offer or to a hand-stamped and numbered 7” featuring an unreleased track from the Psyence Fiction period, a cassette featuring unreleased demos and an exclusive hand screen-printed Psyence Fiction Studio:UNKLE t-shirt. Finally it was sent out in March 2021 instead of October 2020.
All the tracks are pre-Psyence Fiction demos created after James Lavelle came back from Los Angeles where he was working with Tim Goldsworthy. The vinyl came from a DAT marked "UNKLE 1 Rough Mix". The cassette is a facsimile of the session DAT from Milo Studios and is dated as "22nd July 1996".
