This acetate was sent to 4 Star but they seemed to reject it
There are no marking on demo or old sleeve
The demo record is in Mint- condition.  Probably a one of a kind item offered and heard for the first time It must have stood in 4 Star studio warehouse unplayed for over 65 years.
