This is a RARE ORIGINAL AND UNIQUE UK UNRELEASED / UNKNOWN 1971/2 GLAM ROCK / FUZZ DOUBLE SIDED LTS. STUDIOS ACETATE SINGLE, ORIGINAL PRESSING IN GREAT CONDITION !!!
This is a great sounding unknown / unreleased GLAM ROCK / FUZZ / POWER POP ACETATE from around 1971 / 1972 ( I am guessing the year because most of the other acetates I bought from this industry person came from 1971 or 1972, anyway from the sound it is obvious it's an early 1970's recording), I have tried to find any information on the tracks but could not track it down to any known releases of the same names.
I have added a sound file for you to hear part of both tracks.
The only information on the ACETATE are the tracks names the fact that the acetate was made in Denmark St. London also known as Tin Pan Alley where a lot of famous music publishers and recording were made, there is also a contact number for V. White who ever he might be !!!
The sound of track one is shouty vocals in the vain of NODDY HOLDER from SLADE with FUZZ guitar behind (what a bad mix, you can hardly hear the guitars and drums in the mix which probably goes to show this was only done a demo...), track 2 is more in an early 1970's Power Pop vain.
If you can shed any light on the band please let me know.
The ACETATE was pressed at LTS studios in London.
The tracks are: LIZA / TELL ME.
This ACETATE came from a retired music industry person who worked in a few record labels from the late 60's to the mid 1970's.
The condition of the ACETATE is VG++/ VG+++ (probably better and playes much better, with only the usual light crackle that most acetates have) !!!
