 I'm going to be listing some 1940's Chicago radio show transcription discs from the series "Five After The Hour" by Les Weinrott.  I'm sure these are very rare and may even be the sole surviving examples.  This, and the other set currently listed, are the last of the "Five After The Hour" shows in the collection.

 I don't know the name of this show, but it is a fantasy with WWII themes:  Hitler and others go to South America and their names are changed.   A young Ken Nordine is the announcer!  There are three 12" 78rpm acetate discs with the show in 5 parts.  Sides 2, 3,and 4 play, but are quite noisy because there is some cracking in the laquer surface of the actetate;  On sides 1 and 5, the laquer over the glass base has become cracked, with some small pieces missing, and will not play properly; a lot of noise and some skips.
