UNPLAYED MINT limited-edition 45 with a previously-unreleased picture sleeve from the numbered Jimi Hendrix Classic Singles Collection box.  The 10 singles in the set are seldom offered individually.  Out-of-issue for almost a quarter-century, this 45 has a yellow "insert" that's actually printed on the label.
