Mods from England and what a right bunch of dodgy geezers they were too! Only 1,000 copies of this release were pressed. These bad boys and their supporters were members of the notorious ‘Glory Boys’ London gang who generally mixed it at the Mod Revival gigs to help cause chaos and mayhem and often a full scale riot. I guess that they helped put the Mods in the headlines but for all the wrong reasons. Well this 7” rarity is their only vinyl offering and it`s a great one for sure but not the BANG CRASH WALLOP that you may expect from a band with such a checkered history!!! This 7“ rarity was pressed on their own private mini-label ‘Hardcore’ records in 1979 (catalogue number HAR 001). The charming melody-maker ’Untamed Youth’ on the A-side was born with TELEVISION PERSONALITIES influenced psych-Mod guitar gnarl riffs and is fairly low fi, a really great and charming song. The B-sider is ’Running Wild’ and sounds like a great DIY Mod/Punk tune. An amazing item that will appeal to Mods, Punks, Sods, Hunks and Skins and other such things!. Get bidding while you still have a chance! Oh. Did you know that this great sleeve was also used for the artwork of one of the ‘BLOODSTAINS ACROSS THE UK’ sleeves!!! Cover (see scan) and vinyl are used. Airmail postage/packaging for 1-5 singles outside Germany is the same price (5,50 Euro for Europe and 9 Euro for the Rest Of The World).
