CONDITION OF RECORD: looks near mint (just a few hardly visible very fine mild scratches) but it plays mint-/near mint++
CONDITION OF SLEEVE: beautifully front laminated sleeve with only a tiny touch of ring wear but otherwise near mint+ for sure!
