This is from my Aunts personal collection who recently passed, she took very good care of her records as she was a musician.  
I am not sure how these ratings go for records, but I will do my best to rate the record condition with an explanation added.
Cover Very Good  -Minor corner dings
Sleeve - the sleeve does have some slight staining and slight rips on the edge seems
Vinyl Looks Very Good + or Excellent        Disc 1 - Does show some usage, still would consider it Very Good to Excellent      Disc 2 - I am not comfortable with giving a record mint or near mint as I am still learning but this record looks as if it has never been played. Fabulous condition.
