URIAH HEEP - DEMONS AND WIZARDS

A truly excellent condition copy of this increasingly rare 1972 UK 1st press prog classic

Gleaming, jet black sheen, and truly excellent  (EX) condition vinyl with the only marks being just a few extremely faint paper scuff marks on each side - all only really visible under close inspection when the vinyl is tilted to an angle in a bright light. Similarly, each label is near perfect with the only blemishes being just a few small and very faint spindle lines adjacent to the centre hole on each label, again supporting the view that this record has been sparingly played.  Excellent (EX) condition and eminently presentable non-laminated UK Robor Limited outer sleeve with all of the colours, art work, photos and text remaining beautifully intact. The only blemishes (each very minor) are three barely noticeable 1-2 cm surface crease lines adjacent and perpendicular to the spine on the front side, some very minor rubbing on each corner, some light residue and a small gash on the front side at the top right corner caused by removal of a sticker (see photo), and just the hint of some very light storage wear towards the top edge on the inside of the gatefold (very trivial). There is no opening edge fraying, no age discolouration, and all edges remain firm and unscuffed with all spine text perfectly legible. The hard to get hold of inner lyric sleeve is in near perfect condition with not an edge scuff or even hint of a seam split in sight!  Superb, excellent plus (EX+) STEREO audio quality with no skips, jumps, repeats, sticks, clicks, interference, distortion or background crackle. This record plays as well as it did on the first day it was purchased, an unbelievable 53 years ago! Great tone with crystal clear vocals and instrumentation and every track a brilliant listen. Hard to fault sound quality and what a fabulous prog rock LP this is with every track an absolute cracker! 
 Increasingly sought after UK 1st pressing prog classic, hard to find in condition as truly impressive as this.

Note that I always insert the vinyl into a new plain white poly-lined inner sleeve in order to protect the original during postage, and separate this from the outer sleeve to prevent seam splits. I use thick cardboard stiffeners and take great care in my packaging to ensure as far as possible that these precious records reach their destination in exactly the same condition as when they leave me.
