URIAH HEEP SALISBURY

Original First Press of this Progressive Rock classic, vinyl retains shine but has some noticeable marks across the surface. The marks are not deep scratches, cannot be felt using fingernail test. Side A plays through well without skipping or sticking, some light background crackle is audible during quieter sections. Some clicks can also be heard on Side A. Side B also has a number of marks but plays through fine with a few clicks and some crackle noticeable during quieter sections. Soft card gatefold sleeve in very good condition, no unwanted pen marks or writing. Some scuffs to corners and edges. Spine has some wear. Inner gatefold excellent, some minor browning to white sections. Excellent Vertigo large swirl labels, no writing just a few spindle marks. Original Vertigo inner sleeve has some creases and tear to one side as shown.
Overall I would grade this record as Good + due to the background noise but still sounds clear and vinyl retains original shine. This is not a pristine copy but is a reasonable example of an extremely rare 1st Press record.
All my records are sent out in new cruciform heavy weight corrugated mailers with stiffeners as required.
