6360 006 on Vertigo Swirl label. 1970 URIAH HEEP album "Very 'Eavy Very 'Umble".
Matrix numbers are: 6360006 1Y//1 and 6360006 2Y//1.

This terrific album is in near mint condition. The vinyl shines absolutely beautifully and has not a mark. The labels show just one tiny barely visible spindle mark and have no damage to or around the spindle holes at all. The labels are beautifully clean and have no writing or marks.
The lined Vertigo swirl inner sleeve is in near mint condition with no rips, splits or tears.
The laminated gate fold cover is in superb excellent plus condition. No rips, splits or tears. Perfect spine with no crushing. Perfect opening edges with no fraying. No handling marks. No laminate lifting or peeling. Just a tiny dent to the top right corners.
Great album.
