Comes complete with the original swirl labels and swirl inner sleeve.
Gatefold cover: Laminated. Although there are no splits, holes, cuts, tears, water stains or ring wear, all four sides of the cover are wavy and not smooth. I photographed the cover at an oblique angle with side lighting to illustrate the degree of undulation. Because it is not flat, I honestly have to rate the cover as in fair condition. Please see photos.
