Parting with the items shown. From an area estate. Includes a reference catalog from the tape dubbing service for Marine Corps Base Camp Smedley D. Butler Fleet Marine Force. Hobby Shop Resale Services Tape Listing and 16 reel tapes in cases. Heavy lot. I assume you can look up tapes in the manual and identify. And assume that a Marine could order tapes from the catalog and receive a dubbed copy to entertain and pass the time. From an area Vietnam veterans estate.
The note inside the top case says Reel, 20 Nov 71, Tape 490 Side 1 and 2. The catalog says Tape 490 is titled American Way and there looks to be over 35 songs on each side like Never My Love, Gentle on My Mind, By the Time I Get to Phoenix, Sittin on the Dock of the Bay, Doc Severinsen and Strings, Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds, but I do not see an artist.
Another tape pulled at random says #167, 20 Nov 71 and the catalog says it should be Ray Conniff & Orchestra S Continental and The Many Sides of the Serendipity Singers.
