DAVID SANTO - Silver Currents, Phoenix PHS-101, USA 1968)
Here we a fine and rare dreamy folk psych album from this Greenwich Village / New York hippie folk singer and guitar player. This is the 1st pressing (there exists a 2nd pressing on the Sire label in a different cover design - released one year later). Including the legendary magical dreamy folk masterpiece "Rising Of Scorpio". He´s backed on this album from several mates, the most wellknown are Artie Traum or David Bromberg. On various instruments like drums, bass, guitars, cymbal, jews harp, organ, bongos and "dog barking" - a recommeded LP
The cover is in very good (vg) condition, shows some wear on the seams, a seamsplit (4cm) on top seam and beginning of seamsplit on bottom seam, tiny wear on corners and a little cutout on the left side.
The record is in excellent minus to excellent (ex-/ex) condition, shows some paperscuffs / needle marks / surface lines - produce here and there some surface cracklings - but NOT in a loud or very disturbing way
