This is an very rare original US "white label" promo copy from Merrell Fankhauser´s 70ies collective including the excellent guitar player Jeff Cotton (ex Captain Beefheart). Musically one of Merrell Fankhauser´s "masterworks", with bluesy based rhythms to more psychedelic tribal mystic parts, strong songwriting, excellent guitar parts.....Comes with "Xeroxed" insert !!!
The cover is in good (g) condition only, has a "black restaured" damage (NOT from me) field on the front cover left top side (7,5 x 3 cm), see scan - also on the back cover is the same "damage field" / white part, also for so 8 x 3 cm (see scan). Otherwise there is some wear on seams and corners, tiny wear on spine. Has a cutout hole on the top right side. Some signs of age on the "silver" back cover (tears).
The record is in very good minus (vg-) condition, showing several paper scuffs / hairlines, 1 longer hairline / surface mark on side I (NOT a deep scratch) - plays fine with only soft surface cracklings in the background in places, here and there some harmless clicks (NOT a "campfire" record !!!)
Has writing on label on both sides - a black field of 4x1 cm on side I - and 2 smaller black fields and writing with a blue pen on side II
