AFRICA- Music From Lil Brown (Ode Z1244010 Promo, USA 1968)
A rare original promo copy on the "Yellow Ode" label, from this great soul psych album, created from members of the black doo wop group "The Valiants". An excellent album, begins with 2 fantastic cover versions - Rolling Stones "Paint It Black" played in a groovy trippy vein, also the Doors "Light My Fire" is unbelievable. Their own composed tracks are not a grade under the quality of their covers. A really recommended LP...........
The gatefold cover is in top excellent (ex) condition, has some wear on top seam only, also has an original "promo time strip" on front cover
