Description

This is from a top of the market collection, comprising of just early stereo rarities on Decca HMV, UK Columbia & RCA. First labels issues in Near Mint condition to 99% of them, all described in detail with plenty of pictures. Includes many items rarely seen on ebay.

  Uk Decca 1970 SXL 6448 Wide Band earliest type issue of Tchaikovsky, Ouverture Solennelle 1812, Op.49, Fantasy Overture- "Romeo and Juliet" with the Los Angeles Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by Zubin Mehta. A cracker of a R&J to this

 Labels are Made in England by.. at ten o clock, with the wide silver band and ffss circle at 12 O' clock, and are amongst the last of the type. Stampers are a nice low 1W1W. The original blue edged inner is present and also near mint.

 This is Near mint with good sheen, has clean labels with very few spindle marks, and the sleeve is Near Mint, as seen in pics, no issues.
