I am delighted to present for auction an extremely rare record by the legendary Eddie Cochran, one of the architects of Rock N Roll who left us too soon in a 1960 car crash.


This record is the Buddy Holly-style Teresa, a clear attempt at a chart hit, with the fantastic rockabilly banger Pretty Girl on the flip. Includes London company sleeve, as seen in photos. This was only issued on 78 in Canada, as other countries had converted to the new 45 format.


Condition is V. A V condition copy of this exact record sold in June in an eBay auction for $765 US! I would grade the Pretty Girl side V+ and the Teresa side V. Teresa side has some clearly visible marks but plays through nicely with only minor surface noise. Pretty Girl plays a bit cleaner. This is a loud pressing!


Overall, a beautiful piece of music history that will become a crown jewel in your collection! My 78$ are shipped with great care, floated in a larger box to ensure safe delivery!
