Underdog. NJHC (not NYHC, common mistake brah). (and if they are NYHC, so is YOT). This is The Vanishing Point LP on RED vinyl. It looks like there is writing on the cover, but its actually on the cellophane wrapping. It just says RED, indicating the color of the vinyl. Good good record in great condition. This was re-released back in the late 90s, when the only people who cared about Underdog were the dudes in Floorpunch and other knowledgeable dudes. Let me tell you, Underdog was NOT a "standard" band that people were into like they are these days. Nothing wrong with that, it just means the kids are smartening up (and the internet makes everything more accessible).
