This is undoubtedly one of the hardest island funk 45s around - both in quality and rarity! I have no clue as to who UNION are(they have no affiliation w/ the U.S. group). We suspect them to be Bahamain or Bermudian but cannot say for sure. One thing is for sure that this will not be appearing in your local store anytime soon. There isn't even a label on this record!
Just the name of the band and the two songs!(no publishing / writers credits).
After listening to this sub-genre for a good few years now this track really stands out to me as being unique. It is both instro and vocal; the band having some vocal blasts over drum breaks nearing the end of the record. I must be honest and say that if it were not for poor finances I would not be parting w/ this record. But rent is due and this has gotta go. .
